Florida was relaxing – and warm! We saw lots of palm trees, mangrove forests, beaches, and even a manatee! Travelling during a global war and a TSA shut-down is a riot, and the airports were more hectic than usual. The drive home from the airport last night was terrible. Yucky-poo-poo! It was white-out snow conditions with no plowing at all for much of the trip. Hello March, where are you? Luckily, things improved the closer we got to home. And praise be that my lil’ Subaru is so great in the snow. I’m at the Brown Bakery today on four hours of sleep and feeling the fantasy.
