Can we talk about my a-hole? I changed up my fiber routine a bit. I’m doing a tablespoon of fiber and a probiotic at night before bed. I moved it to night because fiber can sometimes make me painfully gassy. Who cares if I fart while I’m asleep? I mean other than Mr. K? I’ve made it a habit while I’m getting my coffee ready. And Wow! I am pooping like a champ! I feel kinda bloated and full all day. But I’ve lost a few pounds, so no big whoop. Maybe feeling full is normal?
