The newly discovered chips and nacho supreme dip at Taco Bell is the best meal for $2.49 I’ve ever had. I said what I said! Also, the movie Prey on Hulu – a scifi thriller set in a 1720s Great Plains Native American village but also in the Predator franchise (I know, right?) – is oddly enough quite amazing. If axe wielding Native American warrior chics put you on the edge of your seat – as they do me! – y’all need to tune in. I liked the movie a lot. We had a few grand plans on paper this weekend, including a maybe road trip or a new hiking adventure. But work was so terrible this week that I was mentally fried and only wanted to lay around all weekend and eat cinnamon jellybeans. I also received terrible and unexpected news this morning about a young life cut short that took the wind right out of my sails all day. My heart aches. Sometimes the world just does not make sense.
